I created Easy Khdima to make the conversations around careers and people development more accessible.
My experience spans Human Resources, recruitment, training, onboarding and HR projects, including recruitment across Morocco and European markets. What connects these experiences is an interest in helping people communicate their strengths and helping organisations work better with their talent.
Here, I share practical insights, honest reflections and tools you can put into action, with particular attention to the Moroccan professional context.
